Service animals that are individually trained to work or perform tasks for persons with disabilities are allowed in to the building. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered unless doing so interferes with the service animals' work or the individuals' disability prevents the use of such devices. Emotional support dogs are only admitted per prior approval of the presiding case judge discretion.
